In D365FO, is it acceptable to create a deployable package for a single hotfix and deploy it to the sandbox and, eventually to the production environment?
I've been told that after installing a hfx in the dev env and resolving any code conflicts, the deployable package should include all your custom models/packages, ISVs and hotfixes installed up to that point in a cumulative package (essentially a build that includes everything). Is that an opinion or a recommendation?
