How to create a new section in Dynamics 365 CRM?

Hi all,

As the title says, how am I able to create a new section in Dynamics 365 CRM? I'll attach a screenshot below:

I'm trying to create a new section dedicated for PowerBI reports but not sure how to create a new section, any suggestions?
