May I know in Intercompany Inbox Transaction, what happens when you do these things..

Hi Community,

May I know in Intercompany Inbox Transaction, what happens when you:

1. Select the No Action icon?

2. Select the Accept icon?

3. Select the Return to IC Partner, will the Purchase or Sales Order be removed from the Partner requestor side?

4. Select the Cancel icon, will the Purchase or Sales Order be removed from the Partner requestor side?

    Hi Josh,

    The "Complete Line Actions" functionality works with the "No Action", "Accept", "Return to IC Partner" and "Cancel" icons.

    1. For "No Action", if you click on the "Complete Line Actions" icon, nothing will happen. The transaction will remain in your inbox.

    2. For "Accept", if you click on the "Complete Line Actions" icon, a dialog box will open for you to enter the journal details required to post the transaction.

    3. For "Return to IC Partner", if you click on the "Complete Line Actions" icon, it creates an Intercompany Outbox transaction for you which you can send to your IC Partner. To send it to your IC Partner, you need to complete this transaction in your Intercompany Outbox Transactions.

    It does not remove the transaction from the Partner/Requester side.

    4. For "Cancel",  if you click on the "Complete Line Actions" icon, it will delete the transaction in your inbox when a dialog box will opens and you enter some details.
