Cannot hide/ remove "Change Password" button from contact form ribbon (ADX Portal)

I've tried a lot of ways in order to hide the "Change Password" button from the contact form ribbon which belongs to the ADX Portal but with no luck.

Using the Ribbon Workbench (Display rules or hide button after customizing both the button and the command)

Removed the button entirely from the Customization.xml manually .. then when the solution is loaded in Ribbon Workbench, the button is still there.

It looks like it has to be done from some configuration of ADX Portal .. well may be .. but not sure if anyone could achieve the same before.

I appreciate any ideas ...

    Hi Justin,

Thanks a lot for your reply. You brought to my attention I might not be using the latest release of the Ribbon Workbench which turns out to be the case. I can see from the screenshot there are 2 buttons. In the previous release of the solution only 1 button is visible and it wasn't the one of interest! upgrading from 3.1.177.1 => 3.1.391.1 was the trick. Simple hide button for the ChangePasswordFlow button did the trick after that. I'll mark your reply as an answer then.

    Hi TamerIbrahim,

I have done similar and It works for me. I have hide the Change Password using ribbon workbench. See the below images

Also you could try "Customise Command" in ribbon workbench and change the display rule which is "Portal.ShowOnModern'. Change the  InvertResult to True.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks
    Justin Jose
