Hi All,Trust all is good. Kindly advise if there is any table, list or report on dynamic 365 FO that will show the list of PR lines and statuses - something similar to the below columns ?
If that table is not available by default how can we create something like this.

You can create a query report or create an enquiry form(Simple details) using the PurchLine table; join the InventDim table to get site and warehouse.

You can use the table browser to list all records of a table by manipulating the URL. Note that only a system administrator would be able to run this: yourdynamicsinstantce.dynamics.com/
You can also use the Excel add-in to list all records of the purchase requisition lines. You can use the Excel workbook designer to create a new Excel file with the desired entity and fields.
I am trying the excel addin, if i may ask, i found the data source required with the majority of the fields, but there are some field in other datasource tables.
Is there any way of adding these fields into the same table, or i should add the table on another sheet and use excel formulas?
You can indeed use multiple entities on different sheets and Excel formulas to get the desired result. Another option would be developing a new data entity which contains data from multiple data sources.
