SSRS Report encounter timeout in production environment. But issue not replicable in non-prd

I have an issue wherein SSRS Report in AX 2012 keeps on loading and encounter timeout in production environment. But in non-production environment, it can be generated within 1-2 minutes. Code and data is the same in both environments. I also conducted trace in both environment and compared them but couldn't find anything that could lead to the issue. I also tried to deploy the SSRS report, refresh caches via Tools > Caches (Refresh dictionary, data, elements, report server). The SSRS report uses SRSReportDataProviderBase

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

You'll likely need to collect more information about the execution in production. Reporting Services Log Files and Sources might help.

Is the PROD and Non-PROD infrastructure is same? If not what is the difference, Was increasing the timeout setting was checked/tested?
