Hi,

Using Omnichannel, I have connected to a Facebook page Chat Channel and did configuration in developers Facebook page and added roles for few FB account as a testers. The Chat channel from Facebook to MS CRM Omnichannel Customer Service is only working with the FB accounts which i have configured. If i want all the chat requests which comes Facebook Page, to Omnichannel Customer service how to enable this feature globally with all FB accounts?

Using omnichannel, can we control the Facebook page posts comments, replies, Likes through CRM system?

Hello, I don't believe you will be able to control those aspects of data within Dynamics. docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-facebook-channel This appears to show you can manage the contact and create a new one for a FB user.
