AOS 4.0 and AOS 2009 on the same server

Hi,

Has anyone here have experienced installing two versions of AOS, 4.0 and 2009 on the same server, Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2, 32 bit?

And is that possible client from 64 bit machine talks to AOS in 32 bit machine?

How is the experience?

Thanks very much in advance for sharing your opinion.

 Thanks and Regards,

Nico.A.

    Hi,

I did have the server where both AX 4 and 2009 is running. The only issue is that the AX 2009 SSRS cannot be fully supported.

I never used the client from 64 bit to connect to 32 bit AOS.I think there should not be any problem as the AX client is installed on 32 bit Program FIles folder even it is 64 bit OS.

    Hi Pin Wang,

Thanks for your sharing, OK, this makes me more confident as I am aware that there's someone running the configuration out there.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Nico.A.
