Hi,

Is a user able to see all workflows and the ones that are assigned to other users.

Also how do you give access to this as I have given the user access to view all the workflows and they can only see their own.

    Hi,

    The user is able to view only the workflow item which is assigned to the user.

    example: PO-123 submitted by User A and in workflow it is defined to assing the PO to appove to User 2. PO will shown to user 2 for approval.

    this is what i understand from you question. if anything else than explain

    Thank you. This is what I was thinking otherwise I would have to give the user system admin role which I don't want to do.
