When I try to change this planned purchase order to planned transfer, another planned purchase order is generated as this picture shows:

It seems like you are using two different warehouses. Is one of these warehouses set to be fulfilled by the other one?
Can you share the whole scenario?Which warehouse is the original Purchase order generated, and which warehouse do you require transfer order to be shipped from?
Also please share your item's coverage plan setups.
It can be related to your settings. As there are too many parameters controlling the master planning, I cannot say what should be changed or tested. Can you tell about the setup of warehouses, master planning settings, default order type, positive, negative days etc?

The scenario is: I have finished product "FP1" consists of 2 raw materials "RM1 - RM2", When SO created for the finished product "FP1" and then I run the master plan, 3 planned orders are generated (one planned production order for "FP1" and 2 planned purchase orders for "RM1" and "RM2") and I want to change the planned purchase order for "RM1" to Planned transfer from another warehouse because the is available stock for "RM1" but when I change the planned purchase order to planned transfer, the problem occurs!
