Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 Windows Client - where can I secure the download from as for the life of me I can't find it via the normal searching on the Web.

1. Can this be found anywhere in MSDN?

2. Is it only installable via the Microsoft Dynamics NAV installation post the initial install?

3. Is it even available as my only search finds the Web Client, but no Windows Client.

Thank you
Chris

do can download from partner source/customer source.

what do you mean by initial install?

What I mean by 'initial install' is simply the installation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV on Azure.  I followed the document online and the installation appears to have worked well.

Are you saying if I go to a Microsoft Partner size I should be able to get a copy of the Windows Client to install?

    Cheers

you want to connect to same db on azure or a local db for you?

if you want to connect azure db then you should have installed clickonce installation in azure and using that you can install in local and connect to it. do you have a SSL certificate to connect it?

if you want local copy then you can download NAV DVD and install in local machine

I did see during the running of the Example-1VM.ps1 file while it was working in PowerShell ISE that Clickonce was set up and I did see the SSL Certificate to connect get created as well.  But to be honest, I literially simply followed the online documentation and then when I had errors in EXample-1VM.ps1 I fixed them one by one.

The only instance I have by the way is on Azure, I did not install anything on my local system other than the Dynamics installation files that I downloaded from MSDN.  I hope I am making sense in replying to your post.

    Cheers
