Can anyone help?
I am seeing that newsletters are taking days to be delivered to my audiences' email accounts. For example, email sent 15 March - from analytics, I see emails delivered 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 March... all the way to 25 March.
What causes this delay?
Any input will be great for me to understand and optimise email marketing campaigns.

There has been similar feedback before about performance issues with customer journeys when there is a large audience, but no one has provided a viable solution for this.
Maybe you can raise a support ticket for further help.

Thanks for responding.
Yes, it was sent in a customer journey to 125,500 contacts.
Not sure what the difference of outbound and real-time. It was an external email marketing campaign, if that helps.
