Remove Hyerlinks from Sub-Grid

I am using a Sub Grid on one of the Entities but I do not want the Hyper Links to appear so the user will not navigate to the parent.

I have looked and research but I can not find a clear answer. Is this possible to do or is this a requirement in the latest version of CRM?

    What version of CRM is it? If you're on the latest online you can use this approach - linnzawwin.blogspot.com/.../disable-hyperlink-for-lookup-columns-in.html
