I need to attach to my eInvoice the pdf format of the invoice. The commercial document is created via Docentric add-on.
I activate the toggle on the customer master data and I correctly get the attachment when I print the invoice, but it has no .pdf extension. Then the customer cannot open it automatically, but it has to download the file and change the extension.
Once changed, the file opens correctly as a pdf file.
Anybody has a hint where to define the extension of the attachment?
