Cloud Migration Promo change of Partner

Hi, 

I have a partner, who had an enquiry from a client wanting to switch the partner with whom they currently have Cloud Migration Promo licenses. Is it possible to change the partner during the promotion? Cancel the subscription order with former partner and reinitiate with the new one?
