Cannot print after export to excel

Hi all,

i have an issue on printing from excel after i export it from NAV 2013 R2 using Local Client mode.

NAV Version: 7.1.35473.0

Using -Cronus DB

CRONUS International Ltd./Departments/Financial Management/General Ledger/Chart of Accounts--> click on 'Balance Sheet' --> Microsoft Excel , save and print.

Hope someone can advise me.

    Hi,

    Application is being crashed at print time or something else.

    Please try other file to print and please let me know that's printable or not.

    Hi Sandeep,

    thanks for replying. I still encounter the same error when i try to print other files under "Chart of Accounts".

    i realize that if i save it to local drive and print, same printer error happen. If i use 'save as' after saved the first copy, the print work fine.

    i already using Super User with full access but still not able to print.

    I am talking about local admin permision for that machine and also check the event log.

    is there any event is being logged for it ? If yes please let me know.

    Did you check pdf, is printable from there or not?

    If printable please let me know.

    It might be MS Office issue. So please ensure it's printable from PDF or not.

    i tried to publish to pdf but the excel encounter error and restart again. Below is the error from eventvwr

    Tell me one thing when you click on pdf, word or excel, which application is being crash?

    One more thing, you are able to print from PDF or not.

    Your NAV client is being closed or not.
