Open Edit case entity form after saving create case entity form on portal

Hi all, we have integration with Sharepoint that clients are able to save a document after they have saved a new case. We want their experience to be seamless and take them to edit the case after it has been saved, and remove the normal 'add file' option saving into Dynamics. I have changed the 'On Success Settings' to Web Page Edit case but get the message saying the page does not exist. Is there a way to get around this?

Also how do you remove their ability to attach files to comments?
