Due to changes in the system, we need to rearrange some auto resolved emails.
How can I reassign auto resolved email to another record. In this case from account to contact level (as we moved the email address from account to contact)?
Do you mean emails that have been sent or received? and you want to change 'From' or 'To' value?
You can notice that the status of these emails are completed, and are read-only, we can't edit any fields.
Unless you change the status of the email back to 'draft', then you can update fields value.
