Replacement for marketing/subscription list in outbound marketing in the new real-time journey?

Prior to the realtime migration, I was able to create a journey using a subscription/marketing list I created in the CRM app. Now with segments I am unable to do that. We send out emails to companies in a specific sector, how am I to do that now?

    Yeah, this change tripped me up, too, at first. The real-time journeys don’t use the old marketing lists anymore, now it’s all about segments. To target companies in a specific sector, you’ll need to create a segment based on that field (like Industry or Sector in Dataverse). Once that’s in place, you can use the segment as your journey audience. It’s more dynamic than static lists, updates happen automatically based on field values. Just make sure your segment filters are tight so you’re not pulling in unintended records.

    You do it as per the link in the earlier post. Your Contacts/leads on your Static Marketing List are Marketing List Members, you just need to enable the Marketing List table for use in Customer Insights Journeys, then create Segment where the Contact/Lead belongs the the respective Marketing List in question.
