Negative physical inventory

Hi Experts,

What process is needed to remove negative on physical inventory? Thankyou!

    Hi ,
     
    1. Find the item which is -1 on inventory .
    2. Find and Copy the Lot No of that item
    3. Go to "Whse. Item Journals" 
    4. Populate "Item No." and on "Quantity" insert 1 (if Phys inventory is -2...etc. insert amount needed to adjust)
    5. "Pallet builder" (top left ribbon) 
    6. "Auto-Create Pallets " then "ok"
    7. Locate "Lot No" column in "Pallet Builder Lines" and insert/paste the lot from step 2 then "Enter" and "ok" (bottom right).
    8. In top ribbon find "Register"  then confirm by clicking "ok".
     
    This should adjust your inventory now to 0 .
