Sales Process in Dynamics 365 (cannot save)

Hi all,

I am working on a new Sales process within an opportunity in Dynamics 365.

The problem is:

I am in step 2 - Develop and have filled out all required fields in ordner to save and step forward to the next step:

BUT: I cannot save now. The little message below on the right site says: Must fillout the field: "Angebot versendet am".

This is a field in Step 3 - Propose.

I would like to stay in Step 2 without filling out the fields in step 3 yet.

What do I have to do??

BTW: Once my opportunity is in the propose phase, the field "Angebot versendet am" is a MUST field.

Thank you for your help!

Melanie

Modify the fields on the form so that they are not Business Required, then add a rule that will make them required when the Pipeline Phase = Step 3

    Hi Mel,

Looks like that is a field on the form and not in the business process flow. That's why you are seeing this. You can search where you have this field on the form, fill it and try to save the same.

Kindly mark my answer as verified if this helped resolve your query.
