Hi,

I have a question on production floor execution.

I start a production job on PFE, it comes over in to the Active Jobs tab. Further to this, I stop it from: Production Control > Inquiries and reports > Manufacturing execution > Raw registrations > Stop Activity. The job does stop in PFE but it still remains in the Active Jobs tab, and hence doesn't allow other jobs to be started. We want it to be removed from the Active jobs tab when it's stopped from the above menu because it truly isn't Active. Can someone provide us with a solution to this issue. Looking forward to your advice.

Hi,

Quick question— is there any specific reason you are not stopping the job from the PFE Active Jobs screen? You can click on Report Progress and then stop the job by entering a quantity of 0. I was just wondering why this method isn’t being used and instead it’s being done through Inquiries, Reports, and Stop Activity.
