Unified Service Desk is unable to read XRM scripts library when using IE Process

I am facing an issue with unified service desk and I cant figure out the root cause of the problem.

I am opening notes from USD and it gives undefined error when I debug then my retrieveMultiple call is breaking because XRM script library is not being read by my configurations.

I am using IE Process but when I change it to chrome process it works fine. But due to some limitations I dont have an option of using chrome process.

I have tried enabling protected mode in internet explorer for LocalIntranet but it does not work. I am sure It has to do something with IE settings. Is there anything else that I need to check?

Please help as this is a very odd issue.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Faran.

There is always one thing to do when using USD and receiving an error. This will allow you always to isolate the issue. If it's USD itself or anything else.

If you try outside USD do you get the same issue? A quick trick is inside USD click Ctrl+N, this will open IE and test there.

If it also occurs, the issue is not related to USD itself.

I believe this most likely is a compatibility issue or a limitation of the JS and IE itself.

Not sure what version you are on USD, but we are recommending Chrome process, especially for newer versions.

Hope this helps guide you to the next step.

    Thanks.

As Filip mentioned, you need to first isolate if the issue is specific to USD or IE. While being on the form(tab) in USD  use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+N this opens the same page it in Internet Explorer.

Now test the behavior to see if the error is reproducible.

    Hi all,

I have not tried using CTRL+N, However, I have tried in a seperate IE Window outside USD and it works fine there
