Hi,
I am trying to upload opening balances to D365 via Gl journals and have created a template. When I copy and paste data from the template to the general journal upload it changes the dates to FY-14 - how can I stop this happening?

When importing using data management, D365 is picky about date formats in excel. What I've found is that if you format the date column as text, D365 will import whatever format you choose without problem. It does sound like you are using data management, but this same trick might work for you.
Hi Louise,
What exact environment do you have? What date did you provide and what exact date in 2014 is selected? Have you checked if you have a valid license? A demo license might have restrictions on the date. In that case it can be changed automatically.
