    Restore an opportunity
    Hi Guilherme,

Looking for a solution to restore accidentally deleted Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM records? No worries. Undo2Restore  app by Inogic can help you efficiently restore deleted records from the system with just a click of a button.

Undo2Restore can also help you undo unwanted record changes for both OOB and custom entities. Additionally, app enables users to undo or restore data in multiple records. With its latest release, Undo2Restore has also enabled users to restore or undo CRM record changes in bulk.

If you are interested in trying the app for your needs, you can download/install the app for a 15-day free trial from our website or Microsoft AppSource.

With its simple and well-documented configuration  steps, it will take you no time to begin with Undo2Restore app and start restoring deleted records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

    I hope it helps.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

If it was deleted, you can use XRM toolbox: Recycle bin to restore relevant record/opportunity.

In answering the question I'm assuming a few things:
    • The Opportunity status was set to Lost / Cancelled and not deleted.
    • The Closed Opportunity view is available for the user
    • The Opportunity Views and Forms have their default buttons (ie buttons have not been removed)
    The steps are simple:

    1.  Navigate to Opportunities
    2.  Select "Closed Opportunity" or "Lost Opportunity" view
    3.  Select the Opportunity from the grid that you would like to re-open
    4.  Click the "Re-open Opportunity" button from the toolbar

I've created a quick video that shows how to re-open a closed Opportunity.  (3) How to Re-Open an Opportunity - YouTube

Note:  The same process applies to Opportunities that have been closed as Won or Lost

    Hey.

The answer to this might vary depending on the status of the opportunity.
    - If the opportunity is closed or disqualified, you can try updating the status.
    - If the record was removed from Dynamics in the last 28 days, you can restore to another environment and simply export the record (into an excel) and then import on the appropriate environment
