Deleting Multiple records at once. Is this possible?

Posted on by 435

Good Afternoon All!

Im sort of a novice at NAV 2009 R2, I was wondering if it was possible to delete multiple records at once? When i try to select more than one the option to delete (F4) is grayed out. Is there a reason why you cannot or, how is this done normally?

My second question is.. theres an error message I recieve when trying to delete a sales order. It states.. "Deleting this document will cause a gap in the number series for shipments. An empty shipment SS100004 will be created to fill this gap in the number series. Do you want to continue?" Whats this?

Thanks in advance!!

    Use Ctrl+Del

If you have attempted to post a sales order, NAV goes and reserves a sales invoice no.

If you click yes to the warning, nav will create the sales invoice but mark it as deleted.
