Item Charge Issues

I have two issues on Item Charges.

1. Item Charge Specifications report does not print anything even though Item Charges have been used and applied to receipts.

2. There is no ability to assign Item Charges to Shipments like in NAV.

Will this be added or fixed?

    The resolution is to create a small Extension to activate the feature, but it has not been completed yet. I do not know if that will fix the report or not.

    Did you find a solution for this?  I have the same issue as items were entered via a journal due to migration so no purchase receipts.  There are transfer receipts though.
