its seem that the problem due to customization that create an extend table from generaljournalaccountentry we delete the customization and took around 1 day to close

This is more likely to be the performance issue might caused due to rationalization or customization. Please get developer involved which can take a look what is happening on the back end.
And i would just like to know the step by step process that you took to perform year-end closing. So that we could try to understand the issue better.

i reset the form but it doesn't make any difference

Have you tried removing the personalizations for this form by resetting the users usage data for this form?
Does this make a difference?

no this form is customized by user using the personalize of the form

Can you have a chat with one of your developers?
This form seems to be a bit modified and they will probably be able having a look at this and what might make the form looks fade/stuck.
