File tab - enable New Folder option in custom entity

Hi, we have SharePoint integration configured. The 'New Folder' option is available for the Contact and Account tables but not for a new custom table we created for our solution. Any advice on how I can get the New Folder option for new custom table?

    Check the Security Role access control of the custom entity , Append To
