1099 TCC Codes - One per Legal Entity or One to Cover all Legal Entities

Hello All -

I have a client with seven legal entities all of which submit 1099 statements electronically to the IRS each year.

There is only one TCC code for uploading 1099's assigned to the parent company. Will the D365 export transmittal be overidden as each individual company is uploaded? Currently, all companies are uploaded in one file under the the parent company TCC code.

The IRS only wants one TCC number assigned to cover all legal entities. Is there an issue with this requirement when using D365 to export the files?

Thanks in advance for any advice regarding the 1099 reporting process in D365.
