Dynamics 365 Sales Licenses to only access Sales Hub in Project Operations

Hi All,

Although, I've fulfilled the requirements of 20 Project Operations licenses and want to add further users.

However, these users are not supposed to use any aspects of Project Management itself and only want to use Sales Hub.

Is it possible that I can procure Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise licenses instead of Project Operations licenses and make the users only access the Sales Hub app and not Project Operations App?
Please advise if this is feasible.
