Hi all,

I accidentally marked a Qualified Lead that is connected to a Won Opportunity, as Open.

Tried to Qualify but I get the following error. Any ideas on how I could fix that?

    Hi ThimiosSp,

If you finish the BPF in the final stage,  you can't set active for other stages, the bpf record has changed to inactive status.

If so, you can find the BPF record and reactive it:

(1)Go Advanced Find, find the BPF entity and click 'Results'

(2)Find the record and Active it

Then you can view 'Set active' button.

I'm afraid there's no such option available.

    Hi ThimiosSp,

The 'Lead to Opportunity sales process' BPF across two entities:Lead and Opportunity.

Based on your description, you have quality the lead, so the BPF has moved to the stage where it is opportunity entity.

    For example:

So you need move the stage of the BPF to 'Qualify' stage:

Then you can qualify the lead successfully.
