Budget funds available different between Budget analysis and Budget control statistic

I'm using AX2012 R2 RTM now. I found Budget funds available between Budget analysis and Budget control statistic for certain Dimension are different. One of the scenarios is after I did a PO year end. I created a PO on 2015 and posted to PI in 2016. But the budget funds available is not deducted in Budget control statistic (balance is $10000) meanwhile Budget analysis calculated correctly (balance is $8000). I found I still also can create $10000 new transaction (budget show OK), but in actual I should not allowed to create & save that transaction due to I only have $8000 budget only.

Please help or explain or some ideas why this will happen and how to solve?

Note: No any customization in Budget module.

Hi, can you check lifecycle services for an available hotfix? As far as I remember this is a bug that has already been fixed. Best regards, Ludwig
