I need to move our 2013 GP server to another Server. It seems that when a consultant upgraded our server they did not leave the install software for the Server our the clients. What am I to do about getting the Software?
You will need to log in to Microsoft CustomerSource and download the install media.

Not only will you need the GP 2013 setup software (DVD image), but you'll have to make sure you got all the pieces for the surrounding environment (SQL, Financial Reporting, etc.) aligned with it.
GP 2013 is only supported up to SQL 2014 & Windows 2012, so you have to take this into consideration. Make sure you also have all the SW for the ISV products that might be installed along your system.

PS: are you still under an active maintenance contract? if not, it might be difficult for you to get to the SW.
