Hi,

Is there a purchase requisition module in Dynamics 365 Business Central? Which user can raise and transfer to Purchase Order?

If the answer is yes, would also like to know does it comes with Workflow (Approve/Reject) process for Purchase Requisition?

There is no approval workflow for that, but you can setup user permission to make sure that only user who has permission can create order.

There is no Purchase requisition in D365 Business Central. You have to customize the solution. Both internal requisition and requisition to procure in D365 Business Central need to be customized with its workflow(Reject/Approval).

Hello,

In business central you can use Requisition Worksheet to create purchase order but in Requisition worksheet there is no approval workflow and if you require approval flow then by using customization only you can achieve this.

In BC its called Purchse Quots, it works like a requisition.

In our danish its purchse requisition, in english its qoutes, I dont why they

Have this traslations

But it vill work for you as you wish

From the business point of view, what @Sue Lee wants is a process where there user raises a requisition whether internal or external(purchase) then it goes to the respective workflow participant(line manager) for Approval or Rejection. And this process in Dynamics 365 Business Central is not available.

Purchase quote is what you can use, even team member license can raise purchase quote and request approval, once approved it can be converted to purchase order
