Hi!

I've been trying to register the Lanham OCX/DLL for printing labels and E-ship. I get this error "Could not register OLE Control". I've reached out to Lanham, but it seems they have no immediate answer. Has anyone had the same problem?

I am using NAV 2016, SQL 2012 on SQL Server 2008 R2.

run the command shell in admin mode.

As Jonathan offered, sometimes you need to run programs using system administrator rights. For that, indeed, first try to run command prompt in admin mode. Refer here how to do that:

Start a Command Prompt as an Administrator technet.microsoft.com/.../cc947813(v=ws.10).aspx

Hi I tried following the video but it still failed. This came with an installer and it seemed to install just fine however whenever NAV tries to use it, i get an error when it's trying to call the function associated with this.
