Hi,

I am using NAV 2013 R2 from citrix cloud.

when i am using Print & Send -> Microsoft Excel option i am getting below error:

Microsoft Dynamics NAV

---------------------------

The number of records in the table exceeds the maximum number of 5000. Set a filter to decrease the number of records in the table. Exporting too many records at once can affect system performance.

---------------------------

OK

---------------------------

i have tried following solution but not working:

1 - Tools -> Options -> Max. no. of XML records to send

2 - Change parameter in file C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\71\ClientUserSettings.config

3 - Change parameter in file C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\71\ClientUserSettings.config

Not any option is working for me.

How to fix this for Citirix cloud?

I've fought this limit for years.

Which is insame as the most rudimentary programs OTHER than NAV will export out 1 million rows of data to Excel if you ask them to.

    What an antique.

Select all rows in table, press Ctrl+Shift+C (Copy Rows), open Excel, press CTRL+V to paste.

Try to open codeunit 424 and find the function CheckNoOfRows. What is the value in NoOfRows?

You need to modify ClientUserSettings.config file stored in your user folder on Citrix server, that's the one used based on your architecture.
