Hello,
I am trying to set up a new user in CRM. I added the correct license in the admin console but i can't get them to show up, I have compared my own access and they seem to have everything they need. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

The user might have not synced to the CRM instance. So requesting you to open Service request with MS Support they will help to Force sync the user.
