Hi,

Did I missed something because I tried to use the data import feature of dynamics CRM v9.

Unfortunately, the sourve field value was not able to map to Dynamics 365 Value.
Let me get back on the scenario, I have csv file that contains column of Last Name, Credit Hold(twoOption - Yes or No) the target entity is Contact.

When I try to import the csv. file I was able to map the entity and next action would be to map the fields. I was able to map the fields but when I try to map the source field value to dynamics 365 value it only shows for the dynamics value is Ignore and not mapped.

Hi,

This is strange, I just saw another thread with the same issue and I thought the options are not published which may cause the options to not visible during mapping. However as this is happeing with multiple user, I am suspecting this as a product bug/ issue. I would suggest to contact Microsoft Support and post here once you get any response from MS Support.
