    Hi Shabir,

You don't seem to have security privilege to see the button, but you might find that this button takes you directly to the quality orders that you want (so that you don't have to filter on Batch number to find the right one).

That said, it's quite common to use the Quality Order itself to set the Batch disposition automatically. It's possible to set a different Batch disposition, depending on whether the results of the tests that you perform are good or bad.

    Hello Shabir,

What is it exactly that you want to do? (a) manually stop processing a PO line, (b) stop it automatically with the help of a quality order from further processing or (c) something else.

    Can you clarify?

    Many thanks and best regards

    Ludwig

    Hi Shabir,

Not understanding what's the link between quality order and the purchase order number (when you say select PO and click on quality order), the system doesn't do the filtering by default if you are opening the form from left pane.

Anyway, the simplest would be - provided you know for which batch the disposition code needs to be changed. Directly go to batches form and change it there. See standard documentation per link below:

    Thanks,
