Setting up Recurring Integration for Multi-Legal Entity Export in D365FO

Hi all,

We are using Recurring Integration Scheduler (RIS) to automate data exports from D365FO. When exporting a single legal entity, everything works as expected.

However, we need to export the same data entity across multiple legal entities (companies) on a recurring basis.

Our Questions:

  1. Is it possible to configure one RIS job to handle multiple legal entities at once?
  2. Or do we need to create a separate RIS job per legal entity?
  3. Are there any recommended best practices to automate exports across all companies efficiently?

We’ve already seen that a batch job within D365FO works fine across companies using a single execution group. We want to know if something similar can be achieved with RIS.

Appreciate any insights or suggested approaches.

    I tried to delete my answer as it related to import not to export, I don't think we have an Out of the box option to export from all legal entities using the recurring job. Let's wait until other members replied maybe they have other thoughts.
