I've created a data export profile from 365 CRM to an Azure Database . I can see data but I can't see any posts. How do I get posts included in the data export feed ?

Thanks

Please check the prerequisites of entities that will be available for this Service:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../mt788315.aspx

    It states:

The entities that will be exported are enabled with change tracking. For more information, see Use change tracking to synchronize data with external systems.

As the post entity is not customizable you cannot activate change tracking for posts.

Thanks Andreas. We wanted to use posts to report on some case progress.  But I guess thats not possible then.

A work around for this is to create a 'shadow entity' that is custom and created by a plugin when a post is created. You can also use the same approach for the limiation of not having the activitypointer synced.
