It's quite easy to generate leads with forms on LinkedIn.
But what if those leads are not sales ready and need to be nurtured for a while more?
What we want to do is to be able to capture the lead and create associated contact - with all permissions necessary for e-mail marketing.
In the LinkedIn form I'm able to create hidden fields for "Consent level", "Allow tracking" and e.g. "Do not Allow bulk e-mails" and pass it to Dynamic through the form submission.
How do I get Dynamics to automatically map these custom fields?
