Hello,
Unfortunately I came to this situation at my client of a PO with 2 receivings in august and sept. And only 1 invoice closing both receivings in august.
Receiving A: Qty 60
Physical date: 2022-09-08
Financial date: 2022-08-19
Receiving B: Qty 60
Physical date: 2022-08-08
Financial date: 2022-08-19
This situation causes 2 problems:
1- Receiving A, is not considered in the inventory as anything. Actually, this qty of 60 does not exist physically nor financially in the books.
2- This is affecting the costing of all inventory issues in month of August for this specific item.
What is the least intruisive approach to correction by code?
Changing the receiving date of Receiving A to be in the month of August?
What other options do I have?
Any guidelines or considerations will be appretiated.

The screenshots are not clear to read. Anyway, it looks like the receipt was posted with a zero amount where the invoice did correct the value. I wonder if you need any correction.
You can't just use coding to correct (add) the ledger transactions related to the physical update. In that case, it would be too easy to corrupt the data.
