I would like to know if it is possible to retrieve entity fields based on a rule of existence (for example, retrieve an entity field if the field is not null, in any other case retrieve another field) when generating a report from a Word Template.
Plus, has anyone ever configured numerical values retrieved from an entity, to be written in plaitext, meaning the exact word. Is there some Word Plugin or CRM Functionality (I am trying to cover the case where no other field exist in the entity describing the numerical value in plai text).
