Hello All,
Phone Call Quick Create form is erroneus. When I want to add Phone Call Activity over from Account entity Y'm encountering an this error message. There isn't error details.
Does anyone have a solution about the issue ?
My Dynamics Version 1612 (9.0.21.8) (DB 9.0.20.7) on-premises
Hi,
I would suggest you to open Quick Create form from Settings->Customization->Customize the system->Entity
And disable all Javascript on Form Properties then check if you still gets error.
If this does not solve the issue, log support ticket with Microsoft.
