I am very new Dynamics 365, we currently have D365 Customer Service workspace app live. We have one major big project coming in and we want to have parallel development done so want to check is it feasible in Dynamics 365 to have more than one Customer Service workspace app on the same dataverse so we can do stagged approach for the changes so both are available at the same time??
Ex one Customer Service Workspace with Omni channel
one Customer service workspace without Omni channel
Any information/guidance for the same would be great.
