We have Zetadocs Express with SharePoint on NAV 2013. 2 users have new Windows 8.1 computers and can no longer delete or edit a document from the Zetadocs "Document" section. They receive the error "Unexpected error during operation. If the problem persists please contact your Administrator."
Both users could delete or edit attachments prior to their new computers. All other users still can edit or delete (older Windows). We have uninstalled the Zetadocs client and reinstalled (after downloading the most recent version). Both users can log onto the SharePoint site directly and delete or edit a "Zetadocs Attachment".
Please advise.
