Zetadocs Unexpected Error... when deleting an "attached" document on Windows 8.1 with NAV 2013

We have Zetadocs Express with SharePoint on NAV 2013.  2 users have new Windows 8.1 computers and can no longer delete or edit a document from the Zetadocs "Document" section.  They receive the error "Unexpected error during operation.  If the problem persists please contact your Administrator."

Both users could delete or edit attachments prior to their new computers.  All other users still can edit or delete (older Windows).  We have uninstalled the Zetadocs client and reinstalled (after downloading the most recent version).  Both users can log onto the SharePoint site directly and delete or edit a "Zetadocs Attachment".

 

Please advise.

    Unfortunately, nothing registers in the event viewer.  This is happening for a user on Windows 7  in addition to the 2 users on Windows 8.1.  These users can open the Zetadocs attachment from NAV.  While they cannot delete the attachment from NAV, the CAN delete it directly from SharePoint.

    Unfortunately, there is not error in the event viewer.  I misspoke in the previous post, one user is on Windows 8.1 and the other user is on Windows 7.  The user can go to SharePoint and delete the file.  I have reinstalled the prerequisites and NAV and Zetadocs client, but the problem persists.

    Please check the event viewer and see if you get more information about the error, it looks like a framework update or some component is missing.

    The users were able to delete documents prior to their new computers.  However, to be sure, users were given SUPER permissions in NAV and still were unable to delete an Document attachment.

    The only 2 computers in the building that don't work are the only computers on Windows 8.1, so I have nothing to compare to for "Additional Software or App Updates", and obviously the Operating System IS different.

    check if additional software, system or app updates were installed on these computers.

    check the rights of these users in nav.
