We purchased Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan Enterprise Edition for UK Region Tenant with one License and assigned it to a user with Global Admin Role on 04th Feb 18. But till now in Office 365 portal's Admin Center there is no apps for Dynamics 365 as shown below.

Also we tried to open the Dynamics 365 Administration url at https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/Instances/InstancePicker.aspx?redirect=False

It gives error that no Instance is available. :-(

Please help us out, what went wrong as we are running out of time to start our project.

I got the solution, after purchase of the above licenses we need to configure our instance. As our Dynamics 365 is in UK region then we need to go the specific Dynamics 365 Administration url for configuration i.e. in our case it is port.crm11.dynamics.com/.../InstancePicker.aspx
