We have a performance issue with CRM D365 - Service Module - With around 1.7 million Case Records, CRM OOTB View Listing for the Case Records is taking too long to retrieve the records.
Is there any way to optimize the load time for the OOTB View Listing, CRM does not support adding indexes to the underlying table in MS SQL DB.
Please suggest another alternative if any..

Hey Joseph.
This is going to depend heavily on multiple things
a) is this an OnPrem or Online environment?
b) Do you have any plugin running on the environment?
c) Do you have shared records, or multiple roles/teams assigned to users?
Best advice would be to open a support case and check what's causing the performance issue.
